I feel empowered when I look back at them
I had been considering doing a boudoir session for a few years but just never got around to it. But after a big life change, a year of focusing on self love and discovering Erin offered boudoir, I knew I had to. It was perfect timing. Once I booked I was nervous, but then I started getting excited once I started browsing for lingerie and found some pieces that I loved!
The morning of my session, I was pampered and glammed up, boosting my confidence already. I was still nervous and not exactly “ready” to get started but you gotta just go for it. Erin let me have as many mimosas as I felt I needed and started the session slow and more reserved. She even curated a playlist for me full of empowering music by some of my favorite artists.
Erin knew exactly how to pose me in the most flattering way, fixed any wonky hairs that were out of place and made me feel like a goddess. By the end of it I was feeling myself and just wandering around her studio in my lingerie.
I got to look through my photos that same day and was shocked that I liked the majority of them. Not because I had any doubt in Erin but we don’t always love photos of ourselves, especially with minimal coverage. They were honestly so hard to narrow down. But I love them, I feel empowered when I look back at them and I’m so glad I did this for myself. And I’m excited to someday look back at them decades from now too.
